Available Franchise Territories

Servo Garage Doors operates in 0 states today, which means every one of the markets listed below is still open ground. A protected territory is not a soft promise. It is a written boundary, defined in your agreement, that keeps another Servo operation out of your service area. The first operator into a metro core and its surrounding inner suburbs gets the map. Since 2015, we have built the documentation system, the pricing standard, and the training behind 18,000+ doors made right. What we have not built yet is your territory. That is the opportunity.

Open Markets

These states currently have open territory for an independently owned and operated Servo Garage Doors business:

  • Texas – Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio each carry hundreds of thousands of single-family homes built between 2015 and 2025, and every one of them has a garage door with a spring that will fail on a schedule it does not share with the homeowner.
  • Florida – Salt air and coastal humidity age torsion springs and opener logic boards on a shorter cycle than inland markets. Replacement demand is structural, not seasonal.
  • California – The state’s existing housing stock skews older in the coastal metros, which means worn drums, stretched cables, and opener replacements on a steady cadence. The inner suburbs of Sacramento, San Jose, and San Diego are underserved by operators who document what they find.
  • Georgia – Atlanta’s suburban ring has added tens of thousands of new-construction homes whose builder-grade openers are now hitting the seven-to-ten-year replacement window.
  • North Carolina – The Triangle and Charlotte metros combine older ranch housing with dense new development, a mix that produces both repair volume and full-system replacement work.
  • Arizona – Extreme heat shortens the service life of opener circuit boards and nylon rollers. Technicians document heat fatigue in photos more often here than anywhere else in the country.
  • Tennessee – Nashville’s expansion has pushed housing into former farmland where garages are oversized and door systems are frequently two-car or larger, increasing average job size.
  • Ohio – Cold winters and humid summers put stress on door balance settings. Columbus and Cincinnati hold dense suburban housing stock built in the 1990s and 2000s now due for panel and roller replacement.
  • Pennsylvania – Philadelphia’s inner suburbs include some of the oldest attached garages in the country, where door openings are non-standard and every job requires careful measurement before a quote is written.
  • Colorado – Freeze-thaw cycles and altitude affect spring tolerances and opener force settings. The Denver metro’s housing boom from 2015 onward is entering its first major repair cycle.
  • Washington – Persistent moisture leads to rust on track hardware and hinge failures in older Seattle and Tacoma garages. Documentation of water damage is a routine part of the photo record here.
  • Virginia – Northern Virginia’s high-turnover housing market means garages are inspected, repaired, and prepped for resale more frequently than in most of the country.

How Territories Work

A protected territory is a defined geographic area, typically a metro core plus its contiguous inner suburbs, assigned to one owner-operator. No other Servo location will quote, market to, or service addresses inside your boundary. That protection is written into your agreement, not left to a conversation. The territory is reserved when you sign the territory agreement and complete the initial commitment. Before that happens, you receive a territory map with the boundaries drawn, so you can verify exactly what you are claiming. One operator per territory. That is the model. The customer in your territory is your customer, your truck, your local license, and your local insurance. What Haven contributes is the standard they agree to work to, the documentation system that proves it, and the buying power that keeps their prices honest. Clause 1 of The Haven Standard applies to every job you run: a flat, written price and written scope before any work starts. Clause 4 applies too: the customer sees the failed part, photographed, before anyone quotes a replacement. You are buying a territory, but you are also buying a standard that has produced 18,000+ documented jobs since 2015.
