Mention the offer when you book. One offer per household per visit; offers can’t be combined with each other and don’t apply to work already quoted or completed. Local pricing and availability vary by location - your local Servo Garage Doors team confirms the final price in writing before any work begins.
Every job is priced the same way: a free written estimate
We price the job, not the hour. Before anyone touches anything, you get the full price for the specific work in writing - no hourly meter, no membership to join, no financing to sign, and no line items added afterwards. If the number isn’t right for you, the estimate is still free and you owe us nothing.
How We Price Garage Door Work
Every job at Servo Garage Doors is priced job-by-job, off a free written estimate. No hourly rate, no plan to join, no membership that shaves a few dollars if you sign up today. You see the full number – part, labor, everything – in writing before anyone touches your door. That number is the price. It doesn’t move.
This is deliberate. Servo was founded in 2015 by a technician who watched too many homeowners get quoted a whole opener when a logic board fix was the actual answer. The founding rule was simple: show the customer what failed, in writing, before quoting anything. That rule is now Clause 1 and Clause 4 of The Haven Standard, and it applies to every job we take.
No financing products. No subscriptions. Nothing to sign up for. The free written estimate is the whole answer.
What a Visit Actually Costs You to Find Out

Nothing. The estimate visit is free. A background-checked, uniformed technician comes out, inspects the door and the hardware, identifies what’s actually wrong – not what might be wrong – and hands you a flat written price for the specific job. You get a documented photo record of what was found. Then you decide. There’s no pressure, no clock running, no fee if you say no thanks.
From the moment we arrive to the moment you hold that written price in your hand, the whole visit typically takes under an hour. You’re not committing to anything by calling. You’re getting information, in writing, from someone who is licensed, insured, and named before they show up.
Before
AfterWhen People Usually Call Us
Springs break on cold mornings. That’s not a scare tactic – it’s how torsion springs behave. Metal contracts in the cold, and a spring that was already worn down by a few thousand cycles doesn’t always survive the first hard freeze of the season. We hear from a lot of homeowners in October and November who couldn’t get out of the garage that morning.
Opener trouble follows the same pattern. Cold affects the logic board, the battery backup, and in older units the drive gear. If your opener has been sluggish or throwing error codes as the temperature drops, that’s worth a look before it stops cooperating on a Tuesday morning at 7 a.m.
New doors and full installations are different. That work clusters in spring and summer, when people are thinking about curb appeal, selling the house, or replacing a door that’s been dented through one too many winters. That’s scheduled work – we measure, we price in writing, we order, we install. There’s no rushing it.
Whatever the situation, the call process is the same: a live person answers, we give you a real window, you get a name and a text when the technician is on the way.
What You Can Expect From Us Either Way

Every job runs under The Haven Standard, whether or not an offer applies to your visit. Here’s what that means in practice:
- Have it in writing. Flat price, written scope, before anyone starts. Clause 1 of The Haven Standard. No exceptions across our 18,000+ completed jobs since 2015.
- Arrive on schedule. A real time window, a named technician, and a text when they’re on the way. Not a callback window. Not a recording.
- Verified crews. Licensed, insured, background-checked on every visit. The local business holds its own license and insurance; Haven contributes the standard they agree to work to.
- Evidence on every job. Photos of what we found and what we did, delivered to you when the job closes. This traces back to the founding rule Servo was built on.
- No surprises. If we find something beyond the original scope while we’re there, we stop and re-quote before we touch it. Scope creep isn’t a policy here – it’s a violation of the standard.
The 365-Day Done Right Promise backs all of it. If the work isn’t right, we make it right. That’s in writing on the terms page, not a handshake.
Common Questions
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The estimate visit costs you nothing. A technician comes out, inspects the door, identifies the actual problem, and gives you a flat written price for the specific job. No diagnostic fee, no trip charge, no obligation to book. You get the photo record of findings whether you proceed or not.
Do you offer financing or a monthly plan?
No, and that’s intentional. Servo prices every job off a free written estimate – one number, one job, agreed to in writing before work starts. We don’t offer financing products, payment plans, subscriptions, or maintenance memberships. The estimate is the mechanism, and it’s free.
Can I combine two offers?
One offer per household per visit. If you’re a first-time customer, the 10% first-visit offer applies to your completed service visit. The free written estimate and documented photo record apply to every visit regardless – those aren’t promotions, they’re how we operate.
Does the price change once you’re here?
No. The written estimate is the price. If the technician finds something beyond the original scope – a second broken spring, a worn cable drum alongside the one you called about – we stop, show you what we found, and give you a revised written price before doing anything additional. That’s not a courtesy. It’s Clause 1 and Clause 4 working together.

Call (970) 536-1724 – a live person answers, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Or book online if you’d rather start with a text than a call. Either way, you’ll get a named technician, a real time window, and a flat written price before any work begins.
